About the app
MBB Athletics Training System is part of MBB Group and is operated by PT. Mitra Atletis Bersama. The app helps athletes, coaches and teams coordinate coaching, request sessions and manage training records. These terms describe the conditions for access to the app. Contact jerry@mbbathletics.com for account or service questions.
Your account and access
Use your own account and provide accurate account information. Keep passwords, invitation links and sign-in codes private. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Use only the workspaces, records and actions assigned to your account. A coach, manager or administrator role does not give permission to use another person’s account or access unrelated teams. Access may change when a role, membership or coaching relationship changes.
Information you provide
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and correct material errors when you discover them. Only add roster details, training records, messages or documents that you are authorized to provide. If you act for an organization or another person, make sure you have the authority and permissions needed for that action.
Respect other users’ privacy. Do not share information outside its intended team or coaching context without authorization, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access controls.
Coaching applications and session requests
Submitting a coaching application or booking request starts a review process. It does not automatically confirm a session, reserve a coach’s time or charge you. Check the status shown in the app and the arrangements confirmed with your coach or team before attending a session.
An accepted coaching application does not by itself confirm payment or activate every coaching feature. Package access and session arrangements depend on the applicable offer and any required confirmation. Training records support coaching and review; they do not guarantee a particular result.
Prices, payments and previews
Creating an account, viewing an offer or submitting a request does not create an automatic payment or subscription. Before agreeing to a paid service, review its price, included services and any applicable payment, cancellation, expiry or refund terms.
Features labelled as previews or samples are not live purchases or confirmed reservations. A recorded payment or refund documents a transaction; recording it in MBB Athletics Training System does not itself transfer funds. Where payment processing or another feature is unavailable, follow the status and instructions shown in the app.
Separate draft coaching policy
The existing coaching and payment-relationship policy is marked as a draft. Creating an account, signing in, submitting an application or viewing these app terms does not accept that draft as a binding commercial agreement. A coach’s recorded acknowledgment confirms that the draft has been read; it does not accept future final terms.
These app terms do not introduce a non-compete restriction, conversion fee, off-platform payment penalty or other coaching financial commitment. Any future final coaching agreement will need its own clearly presented terms and separate acceptance.
Privacy and account closure
Our Privacy Notice explains the information used by the app and how to request access, correction or deletion. Email jerry@mbbathletics.com to request account closure or help with your information. Signing out or removing Google access does not itself delete your MBB Athletics Training System account or records.
Closing an account does not itself cancel arrangements separately agreed with a coach or team, settle outstanding payments or establish a refund. Contact the relevant party and MBB Athletics Training System support about those arrangements.
Service availability and changes
Features may change or be unavailable during maintenance or service interruptions. Access may be restricted where needed to protect accounts or enforce the permissions assigned to a workspace. Contact us if you believe your access is incorrect.
Updated app terms will be published on this page. Any separate agreement or consent required for a new paid service or coaching policy will be presented separately. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
